Teresa is a medical illustrator, artist, and mother of two in Calgary, Canada. She is passionate about holistic human health, building resilience in community, and community gardening. Extreme states of consciousness experienced under the stresses, transitions, and double binds of grad school and motherhood were her challenging initiation into the psychiatric system and psychiatric medications.
