Cooper Davis is a consultant and coach who works with individuals and organizations towards transformational growth. He has a passion for politics, Stoic philosophy and games. Over the years, he has created roles for himself as a serial entrepreneur, an art director, a journalist, a recovery coach, a non-profit administrator and a community organizer. Cooper’s work at Inner Compass Initiative is informed by the 13 years he spent taking prescribed psychiatric drugs that ended up causing him more harm than good. While Cooper views his personal experiences as his primary qualification for the work he does in personal development and organizational transformation, he is also a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, and holds a BA in Worldbuilding from Hampshire College and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
