Jan Ellison Baszucki

Jan Ellison Baszucki is president of the Baszucki Group and founder of Metabolic Mind and the Coalition for Metabolic Health. A former Silicon Valley fintech marketing executive, she is a mental health advocate, award-winning writer, parent, citizen scientist, and documentary producer. Through her leadership at Metabolic Mind and the Baszucki Group, Jan advances metabolic therapies for brain health and supports research, storytelling, and community initiatives that transform how mental illness is understood and treated. She believes that transformative change begins with individual stories and that lived experience can illuminate pathways to healing and inspire systemic reform.
